About Us

The Company is a family-owned concern and was founded in 1994 by Richard Sykes, who has previously worked in similar industries and has a wealth of knowledge collated over several years. Richard's daughter also works for the company and is following in her Dad's footsteps.

One of the company's major suppliers is a German manufacturing company called Funke. Richard and his colleges have developed a unique working relationship built on trust and results. Funke spearhead innovative products into the environmental market and work closely with their UK & Ireland distributors.

Our objective is to supply a range of products that are designed to help reduce the effects of an ever-changing environment.

Golpla

In 1994, Hoofmark (UK) Ltd introduced the Golpla grass paving system into the U.K. and Irish market, where it is in use by many Government Agencies (e.g. Highways Agency, N.H.S., Dept. of the Environment etc.), as well as local authorities and other high profile users such as the National Trust, English Heritage, Hever Castle, Gleneagles etc.

Manufactured in Germany by Funke Kunststoffe Gmbh since 1988, Golpla is now the leading product of its kind and is extensively used across Europe and the Far East. It is SUDs compliant, made from recycled plastic, has been installed in many blue chip locations.

Truck Pave

HGV or heavy duty grass or gravel paving material, SUDs compliant, made from recycled plastic, has been tested by TRL on behalf of the highways agency. Truck Pave is an Eco friendly alternative to concrete.

D-Rain Tank

Storm water control, either attenuation or soakaway crates, made from virgin plastic due to variables associated with recycled plastics giving peace of mind and greater working life expectancy.

D-Rain Clean

Pollution control of water run off, removing both the hydrocarbons and petrochemicals along with heavy metal pollutants like lead, zinc, mercury and cadmium.

Neo Web

Earth stabilization material, load support, earth retention, soil erosion, can be used in many applications over several different markets; this material has many cost benefits and in most situations reduces the amount of aggregate required, excavation, muck away, and aggregate tax.

Fabekun

Unique saddle joints or pipe connectors, that offer a flexible junction 13º in any direction making connection very easy and also 100% watertight, limiting leakage. It is WRC & Water company approved.

Naue

Europe's largest manufacture of a range of Geotextiles, Geo Grids and Geo Synthetic fabrics for stabilisation and reducing loads in many situations.
