The Hoofmark range of live waste pipe fittings provides an effective means of connecting to live waste systems.

HS^®-Demarcation Control Chamber

The HS-Demarcation Control Chamber and HS VARIOcoupler allow quick and easy access into sewerage and drainage networks using live waste pipe fittings.

The HS-Demarcation Control Chamber is suitable for inspecting, rodding and jetting and can be utilised to carry out air tests.

The double 45º swept angle of the T-Section base unit provides easy access for CCTV-Cameras in both directions.

The dimensions of the demarcation chamber cast iron cover and frame of 300 mm x 300 mm enables the chamber to be situated perfectly in any footpath or block paved surface.

The HS-Demarcation Control Chamber Set comprises:

• Class A/B (125 kN/12.5 t) lockable cast iron cover and frame with integrated mini telescope and K 90 chamber base unit.
• Class D (400 kN/40.0 t) lockable cast iron demarcation chamber cover and frame with load bearing plate, telescopic pipe with integrated cap (to avoid foul odours) and
• K 90 chamber base unit.

The Better Way to Make a Permanent Connection with Live Waste Pipe Fittings

The Fabekun junction flexible pipe connector with adjustable socket can be used for concrete pipes in accordance with DIN 4032 (BS5911 UK standard), for ferroconcrete pipes in accordance with DIN 4035 and vitrified clay pipe to BS EN 295.

Due to its design the Fabekun junction offers specifiers and installers of live waste pipe fittings a wide range of benefits due to its quick and simple installation allowing for trouble-free water services connections.

Using the injected two-part resin, the flexible pipe saddle joint junction is firmly anchored into the drilled hole in the concrete pipes and the exposed reinforcement in the curvature of ferroconcrete pipes is protected so that no corrosion can occur.

The special Fabekun three dimensional new bottom seal ring locates the junction perfectly to the inner wall of the main pipe using its flexible pipe saddle joint.

The Fabekun junction has been developed further to offer improved advantages in live pipe fitting situations. The fitting has been successful in use for water services connections and its benefits are unquestioned.

Easy to handle, it is suitable for all regular pipe diameters (DN 250 - DN 2400, with a DN 160 connection, DN 400 - DN 2400 with a DN 200 connection).

The Connex Junction

Lateral connections can be quickly and simply made to the main sewer on new or existing plastic pipes. Now the junction has an integral adjustable socket allowing movement in all direction from 0º to 11º.

The CONNEX-Junction thus complies with the requirements of ATV - DVWK - A 139, according to which "Lateral pipes must be manufactured and connected so that they can allow for movement. Possible settlement and the loadings this can impose in the area of the joint must be allowed for."

The use of the CONNEX-Junction considerably simplifies conventional working methods: Exposing a metre wide section of the main sewer for the subsequent connection of pipes is no longer necessary.

The pipe bed remains untouched during the assembly work.

The installing of pre-formed junctions with couplers after cutting the main sewer is also done away with.

The precise, quick fitting saves time and money.
