Sole importers of Golpla grass paving system Hoofmark (UK) Ltd., have joined forces with Tarmac Top Sport Ltd., the U.K.'s leading producer of rootzone materials to produce Rootstone.

Rootstone is produced from recycled aggregates and selected composts and can be produced to comply with the emergency access route requirements of Building Regulations 1991. B5 Section 17, and at the same time, providing 100% sustainable grass cover.

Rootstone is laid as a simple layer in lieu of the conventional dual layer of base and rootzone, resulting in major savings in labour and excavation costs.
