Neoweb™ is a structural fill system using granular material. Neoweb™ dramatically increases the performance of the material used to fill the cells producing very effective erosion control and load support.
Load deformation of the granular material is reduced through transferring vertical stresses through the cell structure which then mobilises the hoop strength and passive resistance of the adjacent cells and gives excellent ground reinforcement.
Description of Neoweb™ Ground Reinforcement
Neoweb™ ground reinforcement consists of HDPE perforated sheet strips which are welded to the adjacent strip at regular intervals. When expanded, the strips form a cellular structure which can be filled with granular material resulting in a composite structure for earth stablilisation.
Function of Neoweb™ Ground Reinforcement
Neoweb™ is a cellular confinement system using granular material with enhanced cohesion provided by the textured cells. Load deformation of the granular material is reduced through transferring vertical stresses through the cell structure which then mobilises the hoop strength and passive resistance of the adjacent cells.
Neoweb™ Earth Retention and Retaining Walls
Neoweb™ can provide economic and environmental benefits in ground reinforcement and green retaining walls compared to construction using traditional granular fill in earth stabilisation situations.
Slope and Erosion Protection
Neoweb™ increases the strength of fill material by providing enhanced cohesion, in granular soil, through confining the material within its webbing. Neoweb™ load support prevents shear failure and lateral movement of aggregate materials through confinement.
Neoweb Load Support
The system stabilizes the infill, providing a load support system over weak soils, base stabilization for paved surfaces, surface stabilization and ground reinforcement for unpaved surfaces.
Secutex®Non-woven Geotextiles
Secutex® is a needle punched staple fibre nonwoven geotextile for separation, filtration, protection, and drainage. It is manufactured from 100% synthetic fibres for long-term stability.
Geogrid Ground Reinforcement Products
