Trackcell® Pavement or Parking Design For Very Soft Ground.

Hoofmark (UK) Ltd Trackcell® is a system for pavement or parking design that offers a solution to no-dig zones such as under tree canopies.

Trackcell® can also be used over very soft ground where the amount of aggregate required and associated items would be expensive or even where the ground has been contaminated and excavation costs are prohibitive.

Trackcell® for ground subject to preservation orders, archaeological significance, SSIs and Heritage sites.

Hoofmark (UK) Ltd has also used Trackcell® over ground that has had preservation orders or sites of scientific interest (SSI). If artefacts have been found and the site has been marked as a possible future heritage site then Trackcell® does not disturb the ground. On these sites it is very important not to disturb the ground conditions and have a system that can be easily removed.

Hoofmark (UK) Ltd has been involved with permeable parking over many years and as such have brought years of experience together to offer a range of products, Golpla®, Rootstone®, infill material and geotextile, linked under the name of Trackcell® to make it easier for our customers to solve their problem with this solution.

Trackcell® surface material is Golpla®

The surface material of Trackcell® is a recycled plastic paver called Golpla® available either plain or in a pre-grown state where we grow the relevant grass types so that a fast installation is achievable. Golpla® can also hold gravel to offer another choice of cosmetic hard wearing surface.

Trackcell® core material is a cellular confinement system

The core material of Trackcell® is a cellular confinement system that has exceptional load supporting properties enabling the required amount of aggregate to be reduced in excess of 50%. Differing cell depths and sizes are available and we will advise depending on application.

Trackcell® infill material is Rootstone®

The infill material used in Trackcell® for good grass growth and load support is a free draining stone, Rootstone®, a product that has soil and compost adhered to the stone to enable the grass roots to obtain nutrients from within the supporting stone layer.

Trackcell® uses Geotextile as a base material

The base material for Trackcell® is a Geotextile that reinforces the ground and stops migration of the infill material in to the potentially very soft ground.
